Focus ACT is currently seeking Disability Support Workers to support a variety of clients with varied needs. Manual Handling certified and Epilepsy Trained support workers are preferred however, training will be provided if required. You must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week on a permanent basis. More hours are available, with contracts up to 76 hours per fortnight considered.

We are also currently looking to expand our ‘On Call’ team who are available on short notice; please state your interest in your application if you would like to be considered for opportunities.
Essential requirements:
- WWVP Card
- Police Check (Or willing to undertake one)
- A valid Australian Driver’s License
- Full working rights in Australia
- Current First Aid & CPR qualifications
- Minimum industry Certificate III in Disability
- Must be able to work as part of a rotating roster
- Must have access to a reliable motor vehicle when working
- Must have experience dealing with complex behaviours
